It is our strong belief that compliance to codes, directives, regulations and standards can be a natural outcome to the establishment and management of suitable and effective systems and processes rather than as a bureaucratic obstacle that needs to be overcome.
QRC Associates thinks in terms of a “Client System” that places our client(s) at the center of our efforts in order to provide practical business, compliance, quality, scientific and/or technical solutions. It is through the establishment of this client-consultant relationship that our seasoned professionals’ advise, guide, coach and mentor our clients at different levels of a client organization that results in effective problem-solving and/or achieving a specific objective(s).
Our QRC ‘Client-Centered” approach utilizes a managed process that typically includes the following activities:
•Determining client objectives and specified requirements;
•Conducting an initial evaluation, in order to determine where our clients really are and not just where they think they are;
•Planning to identify organizational and technical interfaces within each scope of work;
•Assisting in the defining, documenting and implementing practical solutions and management commitment to an action plan;
•Evaluating the effectiveness of solutions and continuous improvements;
•Ensuring transfer of knowledge in order that clients retain ownership of the solution and is not dependent on QRC Associates.
