We are asking residents with complaints about our Sitgreaves Street operation to contact our facility directly. Between the hours of 8AM and 5PM, please call: Jim Ammend Assistant Environmental Manager 908.454.1161 Ext. 171 After hours please call the general number, 908.454.1161 and the Security Guard will forward your complaint to the appropriate supervisor. You may also leave a voice mail message with Jim Ammend at any time of the day or night by dialing his extension. In either event, we will respond to your complaint within 24 hours. We would also like to follow up on each complaint, so please remember to provide your name and phone number. As part of our good neighbor policy, our goal is to resolve all complaints in a timely fashion. We look forward to working with you to better our community.
